Banana Coffee Cream Pie Weight Loss Smoothie

My latest smoothie creation tastes like a banana cream pie mixed with coffee! Thanks to the natural sweetness of banana, combined with iced coffee, vanilla, and spices, this smoothie is not only sugar free, but also encourages weight loss with almost 22 grams of protein, 7 grams of dietary fiber, and less than 250 calories!

 

Banana Coffee Cream Pie Smoothie

Serves: 1
Prep. Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup coffee, brewed and cooled
1 banana
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
dash nutmeg
1 serving Science-Smart SuperCharged Smoothie Base
a few ice cubes

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in blender, liquids first.  Blend thoroughly, adding water or ice to achieve desired consistency.
