Blueberry Banana Coconut Smoothie

My newest summer creation combines the sweetness of fresh blueberries with a hint of coconut and banana for a refreshing weight loss smoothie that’s bursting with flavor. Try this simple summery recipe for an easy weight loss breakfast or lunch.

Blueberry Banana Coconut Weight Loss Smoothie

Serves: 1
Prep. Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 banana
1 cup blueberries
1 cup spinach
1 serving Science-Smart SuperCharged Smoothie Base
a few ice cubes
1 teaspoon unsweetened shredded coconut for garnish, optional

Preparation: Combine all ingredients except for shredded coconut in a blender.  Blend thoroughly, adding water or ice to achieve desired consistency.  Sprinkle top of smoothie with shredded coconut if desired and enjoy!
