Coconut Lime Protein Smoothie
Prep. Time: 5 minutes
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
juice of 1/2 a lime
2 peppermint leaves
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
